Was amazing to meet the boss for his portrait signing. I met him at Bodymoor Heath, he loved the painting and was so nice and smiley. I’m not often lot for words but I was then, even got an Up The Villa from him as I left!

Wonderful to meet the worlds No 1 keeper Emi Martinez at the Aston Villa training facility at Bodymoor Heath to sign his portrait, a really lovely guy. Bumped into a few other players too which was great, possibly future painting subjects! Thank you to Aston Villa FC for arranging the meeting.

I was invited to Aston Villa’s training ground at Bodymoor Heath to meet Jack Grealish, Tyrone Mings, John McGinn and Dean Smith. What a great experience meeting some of my favourite players and the manager and them signing my paintings and some prints.
